SHARON LThe website gave hours the location was open, but on the DAY of the move, we called to verify everything was ready and were told that we needed to come get the truck early because they were closing before we were supposed to be there. (Several hours before the time listed on the website.) Other than that, everything was fine.

Samuel RThis location is a sty and the customer service is a joke. I had a reservation to pick up for 9:00 am. When I pulled up at 8:59, there wasn't a soul to be seen. I waited there for several more minutes before finally, someone showed up. He hopped out of his red van before a curt "good morning," and avoidant eye contact as if trying to downplay the fact that he had a customer waiting to get his moving day started. He unlocked the door and the very first thing I notice as soon as I step inside of the store were stacks of what seemed to be old magazines and newspapers from floor to ceiling. It was cramped to where you could barely move, like an episode of "Hoarders." He started up the computer, which was taking forever to load (this is why having a staff that opens before the customer gets there is so important) and while we waited, he asked me what I planned on doing with my car. I planned on leaving it at the facility while I used the van. "No, customers can't park in the parking lot. It's reserved for rentals only." I looked at him incredulously. He went on to tell me to park in the parking lot across the street at a completely different business. At this point, I contemplated just cancelling the whole transaction and going to a different location, but I had already sunk so much time into waiting for this guy to get done with his opening duties and I was already behind on the day that I relented. I parked across the street, then had to "frogger" my way back across 4 lanes of traffic to complete the transaction. Considering it was still somewhat early on a Saturday morning, this wasn't too terrible, but when I went to go back to return the vehicle later that afternoon, It was damn near impossible to get a clear shot to the car without walking down a block and a half to a crosswalk and making the long trip back to my car. I've rented several Uhaul vehicles in the last few years. It has never been this lousy of an experience. This guy seemed like his day was ruined because he had paying customers. Would not recommend this location. Would recommend getting better staff. 1/10.
MATTHEW MThe person in charge of opening the facility at 9:00 was late. The windshield on the truck was dirty. I had a contract with uhaul to transfer a car dolly to my destination, but he was unaware of it and wasn't able to make it work. After several calls, they finally elected to cancel the contract. All this confusion caused a 50 minute delay in taking possession of the truck which created a problem with coordinating with my help, This location appears very run down and unattractive. There is practically no heat in the building. On a positive note, the employee tried his best to accommodate me, so I was not upset with him.... just the location and the service.

Samuel RDon't place a sign saying you'll be back in 15 minutes when you cannot be back in 15 minutes. Called the number twice and nobody answered. The store supposedly closes at 7pm, but it was 4:15pm. After owner/worker finally showed up it was a very quick and brief conversation as to who I was, and what i needed. He grabbed my name and said I would receive a receipt email. Which I never did until the next day. Worst experience with UHAUL!

JEFRING RHaving rented a truck at a different location and spending 30 minutes trying to return it only having to return the keys at a later date. This place took me at total of 2 minutes to return. So refreshing to be so fast.

SAVANNAH GHad appointment to pick up tow dolly at 9:00. By 9:15 still no one there so I hooked up the dolly and left. Got a call about 10 minutes later that I needed to come back and do the paperwork. After about 5 minutes he agreed that everything was ok. Location supposed to be open until 7:00. Returned the dolly at 3:15, office was closed and a note on the door they wouldn't be back until 4:30. Did the online checkin and left. Would not recommend this location to anyone that needed to rent a large trailer or truck where someone had to be there.

David JThe service person was not very friendly. The vehicle worked well, was clean etc. I couldn't find any clear way to adjust the side mirrors which was a big deal. Their quote was much lower than what they ended up charging me and I brought it back in perfect condition with more than the required amount of gasoline. Moving is already expensive and to be told one price then charged something much higher is not okay.

Rebecca BOn a Friday the sign in their window said “back at 4:30pm”. We were there in the middle of the day and no one to help us. Tried to check in via the app and got a little done but lost the connection and could not get back to the part I was doing. So gave up. Dropped the keys in drop box, took my own pictures and left.

leron WThe office was not open at 4:30 as the sign on the front door said. The app was not working correctly and took numerous sign in attempts to get it to work. The truck had a service engine soon light on and did not sound like it was running properly. I did not have to travel far or I would have not taken the truck.

JERRY tVerify trailer door latches don’t disappear when door raised. This one trailer would spring open and disappear into the roof section. I had to push it down from inside the trailer (at a load point) so I could utilize all of the room to reduce cargo bounce on the highway I was driving (was-esp-wap road of Oklahoma).
Kerry AStore was dirty and cluttered. Truck was dirty and smelled. Noticed the store closed at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon. Reserved truck for 12:15. Received a call from someone at the store at 11:45 a.m. stating I needed to pick up the truck as nobody would be there after 12:15. My check-in was rushed. I also reserved 6 moving blankets and was told he had none to offer. Had I known I would have reserved from another location all together. On my way out I noticed a few blankets thrown on top of something else and I asked if I could have them. I was given only two of the three blankets. Overall poor customer experience and wouldn’t recommend using this location.
