Was given a trailer with faulty lights uhaul mechanic was and hour and a half away I ended up re wiring the trailer myself (no thank you no offer for compensation for putting my own money into fixing our trailer) also as a single woman with no support system I figured there would have been a tongue jack so I could take the trailer off for a day to go grocery shopping I had to ask so many strangers for help over your uhaul.will never use uhaul again

The whole complete package was perfect. The little trailer was in awesome condition and made us even think of buying a trailer just like it. However saying that, your prices are so affordable doesn't make sense to buy, license or maintain a trailer. Thanks Steve

COLIN RTrailer had lights out that hadn't been reported by previous user. I had booked until like 2030 but location closed at 1700. They made it work though and had someone coming back so I could drop the trailer the same evening.

MARV NWe were forced to take a 40 minute drive in an unfamiliar area that was dark, poorly lit, with tons of traffic to drop off our one way U-Haul rental truck despite several locations being available withib 5 km from us. Super disappointed. The locations themselves were great/helpful in setting us up and taking the keys from us. U-Haul still didn’t know by the next day that I had already returned by truck and started sending me messages about where the truck was. Seems they want to be low touch but this all just creates a lot more hassle for customers. My boyfriend rented a truck 2 days prior and had a drop off location without a host - took him 30 minutes in the rain to download an app and figure out how to officially sign the trucj back in. Nice trucks, reasonable cost.
