BRooke BMore rings for hook tie downs so ratchet straps can hook. Also tire pressure should be checked before allowing trailer to be used. Caught low tire pressure right before leaving for 18hour trip.

Gary HThe vehicle was very dirty from the inside The first vehicle did not have gas second of your call.They put me in was very dirty and had the light on for low pressure tire pressure I think they do not look at the vehicles before they rent them out.Obviously, if they did, they would know that there is no gas in one vehicle and the other 1 had low pressure in the tire.They need to pay attention to the vehicles a little closer

Jose NI got zero notification that my pick up location was changed and the new locationwas in the completely wrong direction. The new location has no business sign telling me where it was...I passed it by and the turn around was a complete pain to do. The employee working was great and very helpful although the computer system was having issues.

RODDY VU-Haul must do better! To be double booked for a reservation at a location that was closed on my scheduled drop off. This was unprofessional and delayed pick up for hours.

El PThis is best location in LA for interstate movers who need to make a shuttle. Empty plaza, huge area in Uhaul corner. More than enough for your 18 wheeler truck. Comfortable place for parking, reloading and leaving truck while you are making shuttle. Friendly guys. Clean trucks. Paradise for professional movers. Please make sure to leave the place clean so that no one has any complaints, and we can all continue to enjoy this great spot.

Peter HI reserved my trailer over one month in advance. This was the THIRD location I had to go to. Apparently if you rent one way, your company policy is to not reserve or schedule equipment until the day before pickup. This was VERY inconvenient but I had no choice but to accept that the original pickup point ( Tustin) was shifted to first Huntington Beach and then further away in Bellflower. With LA traffic a pickup that should have been five minutes away ended up taking me three hours! So much for planning for a pick up over a month in advance. Horrible customer service and you really should inform people up front that for one way rentals, a “ reservation” is really just a “ customer suggestion”.
