place information about the vehicle fuel tank capacity in order for your customers to be able to determine how much fuel they need to fill. It is difficult to understand what volume in gallons I should fill if the tank was not full at pick up.

Richard MAnother wonderful experience renting at UHaul New Prague. Very friendly, helpful & efficient staff!! Note for UHaul. I usually rent the 6 x 12 Trailer. I’m always wondering why UHaul does not provide a built in jack on these trailers as the are VERY tongue heavy, and nearly impossible to lift for 1 person. Please advise. Scott 651-235-1578

SCOTT BThe mobile app experience picking up the truck was not pleasant. We never received the contact confirmation call. We had to call customer service after 15 minutes of waiting. It would have been faster to have someone assist us at the location.
Ryan DWe unhooked the trailer from our truck overnight. When we went to hook it up to leave the next day, it was impossible to lift. The hitch/tounge was so incredibly heavy. We had to call other people to help us lift it. It took 4 of us to lift it to get it hooked up. That was inconvenient and through us off. Otherwise we were very happy with pickup and drop off.
ERIC SI had a hard time finding the key box but we eventually found it. A note on the main door for the key box location would be helpful.

Kyle RThe truck was absolutely terrible. We had to call roadside assistance everyday to even be able to move the truck which was a major inconvenience to the new owners trying to move into our former house and made us hours late returning the rental.
Josh TI have no complaints, but it may help someone to know the average MPG of their rented truck. In my case the beautiful and fairly new 15 ft F450 got a little over 10 MPG.

Daniel SThe time frame of when to pick up and drop off was not the best for us just because the place did not have anyone to work in the afternoon. No jack on the tongue of the trailer. Most women would not be able to pick it up. Inside was not swept out.
Tracy BI reserved a 15 feet for this location, a month in advance. one day before pick up, the phone call tells me I need to pick up that unit in Lakeville. As a customer I would expect that unit to be at my preferred location when i need it. not 40 minutes both ways. So I had to get a 10 footer which was not adequate for our items. Then I get mistierously get charge 5 plus dollars for mileage I never was aware of. I still love uhaul but could be managed better for your customers.

Moses DI called to verify that the trailer was dropped off properly, as I dropped it off after hours 2 days early, and didn't get a call back from the voicemail I had left. Called again yesterday to verify, and was told I would get a call back. I didn't. I just hope that everything was returned properly and that I would not be getting additional charges.

Bob HThe inside of the truck was dirty with coffee all over the center seat, counsel. The truck has snow/ice all over the truck and some came off when driving, scary. I have not be charged yet but the rate was more then what we had a quote for and we went less miles then we had thought we would.

austin gVery hard to find, when you finally get their, there is no sign telling g you ware to go, and several buildings to guess which one is the office. On top of that there are several locations closer than that one.
