DOMENIC CWhilst the outside of the trick was clean- the front was not. They forgot to have the truck we requested available for early pick up then the lock box did not work. The lateness delayed our entire trip. We came back when they were open to tell them but the man there could not fix it.

LARRY JMy wife got a $250 dollar rate online and then called to reserve the truck. when I rented it they charged me $350. discovered this as I was loading the truck and just figured I would discuss with the drop off location. Was advised there was nothing he could do and would let his manager know when he came in the following day and was advised he would give me a call....he didn't

KENNETH MThere was an extremely strong odor in the truck from someone who used it for horses. Many people are allergic to animals. I don’t think it will ever come out and the truck only has 17,000 miles. I would recommend Uhaul selling the vehicle instead of embarrassing yourself with equipment like this.

Sylvi VFirst off, the Uhaul app is total garbage. I had recently used Uhaul for a $3500 rental and already had an account. Despite this, I had to take pictures of myself, my drivers license, enter references, and wait for approval. When I picked up the truck, ALL of those steps were repeated by the clerk at the rental location. Not sure why I even bothered with the app. More importantly, neither the app nor the clerk mentioned that there would be a mileage limit and a big charge for exceeding that. It was only when I returned the truck did that show up. I looked at the contract and it does say, in very small print, that I was limited to 44 miles. That limit more than doubled my rental charge and, had I known that, I would have chosen a different option. When checking in the truck on the app, there is an area where you can disagree with the charges and explain why, which I did. Uhaul still charged me the full amount. This mileage limit should be better communicated to the customer, not hidden in fine print.
Talmage TThe trucks brakes were pretty bad. At 45+ mph, the whole truck would shake when applying them. Also, the fuel tank wouldn’t keep a nozzle on 2 different pumps. I had to hold it and let it trickle in which took about 20 minutes to fill it a half tank. I did let the drop off facility know about both issues.

William Sneed to get in touch with my rep who set up my acct. was supposed to get 650 free miles. and they only gave me 500 free miles. so i went over in miles and had to pay. but over all truck was fine no problems
MARC MPick up on site was a bit extended. I thought I had done everything I needed to do online to just show ID and get keys.
