The pick up procedure was painful…website states they take visa debit but they said no only credit. We drove as far as Harrison and the front right tire started to have issues. Whoever replaced the front tire recently did not do it correct and the hub was coming off therefore if we kept driving it the tire would have come off. Mechanic came and could not repair so we waited on side or road for 5 hours. Uhaul finally decided to have the whole truck towed to our destination. It overall was an extremely frustrating situation and looking back now the one thing that did stand out was the customer service reps. Each one of the 6 or so we dealt with were very friendly and eager to help us. I do not blame Uhaul as they sub rent their trucks out but I 1000% do NOT recommend renting from Transforce in Langley!

They called us RE: returning the uhaul within a certain timeframe or we would have a $100.00 charge, when our documents noted we had drop off at anytime during the day. We had not previously been informed of a drop off time - this was not ok.

Not enough toy hauler trailers local. This one I could only have for 6 hours because there was another rental after. I had to drive 32km past 4-6 other dealers to get to this one.

The vehicle looked like it was clean. overall it was fine till I pulled out the ramp. there were little pieces of glass all along the edges of the ramp. Luckily my friend and myself noticed it and made sue we didn't disturb any of it. Using the online checkout was a nightmare. It took longer then any part of the use of the vehicle. Almost an hour spent on checking this and that with no way to escape the process and move forward. Checking back in was just as back. I will never use it again now that I have. I will be going to a site that has someone working a the counter. Cheers

Nearly impossible to locate. There is zero signage to the location, google maps doesn't locate it properly, there is a large amount of cunstruction on the street infront of the location reducing it to a one-way street. So when you inevitably miss the entrance, you must circle the neighbourhood in a convoluted way to get back on track and try again. The personnel also didn't do a walk-around or anything with me to confirm the condition of the truck.

Super expensive. Alot more then I thought it would be. The vehicle drop off was in a whole other city and I had to pay the extra km to drop off. They quoted too low of km. It was pretty much spot on from the destination to my place. Then the drop off location was 15 more km away from my place. Costed me about 300 bucks to rent a cube van for a few hours and 50 km .. is really expensive. Next time i will source out a cheaper deal from a better company

I just bought a new truck. It had a 17/16 ball on it. I grabbed my receiver from my other truck to put on. Of course at the u haul place, i went to put on my other receiver and it had locking pin. The guy (Bin?)at the u haul place had to heat up the nut with a torch to get the ball changed. Thank you buddy!

This location is not clearly marked. I returned the truck at night and had a hard time finding the building. There was no information letting me know I was in the right place, aside from the fact there were other trucks parks around. It was not clear to me where I needed to park the uhaul, nor were I needed to deposit the keys. The app wouldn't let me complete the return process of the truck. It kept saying there was an issue with the mileage I used, so I couldn't complete the return process myself, and just took pictures of the dashboard, truck, and then dropped the keys on a lock box hoping it was the right one.

Have the reserved equipment at the location promised. The next location we were sent to did not have the equipment either. The third location was to far away and we would have to wait for a phone call at some time during the day to see what time the equipment would be available. We were on a tight schedule and this totally delayed our time schedule. That was unacceptable. Maybe have the promised equipment you promised there avaliable for pick up.

I had a booking at another location at the langley uhaul storage location. I booked it for 2 days from 10am Saturday to 10am monday. I showed up around 1pm to pick the trailer up only to be told it was canceled because I booked it for 10am and its 1pm. I booked it for a while 2 days and was paying for 2 days, it should not matter what time I pick it up start using it since I was paying and booked it for 2 whole days. I was furious. I needed that trailer asap and had to phone around to find another location that had one. Uhaul is very disappointing as a company and I will be looking for other alternatives moving forward for my trailer needs.

This was the worst experience I have every had with UHaul. We reserved a trailer 3 weeks ahead of time. 2 days before our booking the time, location and size of our trailer was changed. We had to call to get a closer location. When we showed up there was no one there. We had to call customer service and they had to contact business. They were 15 minutes late. The trailer ended up being way to small and UHaul tried to make us drive 1-2 hours away to get the next size trailer. We were forced to get an even larger trailer from this location for over $800 more. We had no other choice as we were moving out province that morning and had no other way to move our belongings. I would never recommend or use UHaul again.

Called and spoke to person that only spoke Spanish and there english limited and explained extending truck and never communicated and had police arrive at my location. Very embarrassing in front of people. Very unhappy and Stephanie was rude and nasty and police officer was nice and understood . Truck returned
