This place wanted to charge me 900$ for a basic trip for a one day rental. I had to cut my trip in half and the person wanted to charge me the full amount and then refund me the rest of my money for the trip. Which would have taken weeks. I hope no one goes here to get scammed out of moving.

Very nice place n attendant was very nice. Will only go to this one for now on. The other u haul places in town are on Nashville get are run by very rude people.

B&B Apothecary in Spring Hill TN is the location that I rented from, not Travel Store USA! The truck that I had rented a month in advance was not available. A time sensitive move was put in jeopardy as the only option was a large truck that was unnecessary and a 40min round trip out of the way location that I had to go get. Minimal effort was made to accommodate the issue and little effort was made to make it right to really adjust the price. I was incurring mover costs since I was now an hour behind schedule. The cost concessions weren’t enough to cover the lost hour of movers expense. I will choose to use other means of moving with a different company that ISNT UHaul any time I need a truck to move with. Why not have other truck of the same size on the lot so you have something available. I rented this truck a month in advance. All I got was a sorry…your truck hasn’t been returned by the other customer. You can go way out of your way and pick up another truck which is way more than you need and will take more gas to fill. Great Uhaul…USuck. Your logistics team needs to step up and refund the entire transaction!!! Worst experience ever. Thanks for absolutely nothing

Rep was unpleasant and hard to understand. Trailer was parked in a spot where it was difficult to be able to attach. rep watched me struggle to get it hooked up for around 5 minutes before coming out to offer help and still didn’t do anything

Truck billowed smoke for the first 10 minutes. Shook at 50 mph. Pretty sure the shocks are gone. Was awful. The seat latch has something wrong w it. Slid a little while driving. And yes I made sure it was completely latched in. The location of pick up was disgusting. Very dirty and the staff was short and rude.

We reserved an appliance dolly either our truck. When we went to pickup the truck they informed they didn’t have a dolly. No notice, no attempt to resolve the issue, just too bad. This left us in a big mess of urgently trying to find a dolly from someone else.

We ordered hand truck so we could move our washer/dryer and once we got there they said they didnt have any which I get things happen but some communication would be helpful so we could rent so Where else that has one or get a hand truck somewhere else and not scrambling on the day we’re moving.

I had requested an appliance dolly, 2 furniture dollies and a utility dolly for my move. When I arrived they only had one furniture dolly. I made this reservation in advance so there is no excuse why they didn’t have what I needed. Not to mention I received no phone calls or notification that they didn’t have the items I requested. Very poor customer service.

Very tight trailer parking. Again, I am an experienced driver so backing into a space on a 45-degree angle into a space that had 6 inches to spare was not optimal. A less experienced driver would have issued backing the trailer into that location for drop-off. The personal were nice but not sure how experienced they are with trailers in general.

U-Haul truck did not have a full tank of gas when picked up which caused an additional fee charged when we returned the truck with same amount of gas as when picked up

The uhaul we received was dangerous. The truck itself was sideways while driving straight. The steering wheel had to be held at 3oclock for the truck to drive straight. It was awful and dangerous.

Clean the windows once in awhile, dog snot all over and dog hair and biscuits all over the seats and cubby holes. A terrible language barrier plus an attitude. It was a fairly new truck it’s to bad they don’t take care of them for the customers.

Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am filing a formal complaint regarding the last-minute change to my rental pickup location. My reservation was confirmed well in advance, and I was notified only one day before my scheduled pickup that the location had been switched. This last-minute change caused significant stress and disruption. I had planned my schedule carefully around the confirmed pickup location due to an important event, and your sudden change forced me to rearrange my timing and logistics on very short notice. This is unacceptable and could have been avoided. When customers make reservations, they do so with the expectation that U-Haul will honor its commitments. A change of this nature, without adequate notice or options, reflects poorly on U-Haul’s reliability and customer care. I am requesting a formal explanation as to why this change occurred so close to my pickup date and why the false advertising during booking. Please escalate this matter to the appropriate department and respond promptly. I expect a resolution that acknowledges the disruption and ensures this will not happen again to me or anyone else in the future. If you are unable to provide the correct pickup location, the option for truck or trailer should be removed from that specific location.

Having to unhook and jack up trailer yourself was not exactly a good thing for someone who doesnt know how to use that type of Jack and could have caused injury as trailer tried to roll after being unhooked.

The first trailer had one tire with threads showing - completely bald. I had to step down in trailers and hooked everything up myself. The guy was talking to someone on the phone the whole time. Not a customer, a personal call. When I brought it back, I had to unhook it myself and the girl was busy texting with someone the whole time while her boyfriend stood watching. Because I brought it back several days early, the bill was less. She did the entire transaction on her personal cell phone. Very Sketchy! I’ve been checking my CC statement regularly. This place has to be a front for some illegal activity. There are brand new gas stations all around this place. This place is a dump. I refuse to rent another thing from this place. I’ll need a trailer again in a month, I’ll drive to another city, if I have to, to avoid this place. The whole vibe gave me the creeps.

The first truck that was issued to me had non-working Air Conditioning. Reviewing the working condition of a truck before renting it out would be an improvement.
