ROY HThere was oil on the floor of the truck that made it incredibly slippery.
LeeAnn WWe drove an extra 20 mi instead of the 3 mile drop off location for a discount of $25. That was an extra 40 miles for my pickup car and when we got there the $25 was not taken off. I had to call to get it straightened out. That was a waste of my time and a waste of my gasoline.I will never do that again.

Steve LTruck was dirty when rented to me. Dealer suggested that I clean it before returning to avoid a cleaning fee. Cab floo covered in dried mud. Dirty diaper and empty food and drink in cab. Broken driver side mirror which dealer confirmed they knew about when returned (safety violation). Broken ramp trolley, so I had to lay on my back and guide the trolley in while my 63 year old sister pushed it in. All so I could return the truck. Thank you for a pleasurable rental experience. Just what I have come to expect from Uhaul.
JEFF MRamp was broken a rod under it you can pull it out but we had to monkey with it to get it to work.it was a pain

STANLEY WScott was great there helping us with the reservation and car dolly. He went above and beyond. They only thing I noticed on the car dolly was one strap was frayed a bit. But it worked find and we made it to our destination safely.
