Ward GWhen we 1st reserved the truck the location owner called asking what we were doing with the truck and how much we were moving among other things. She tried getting us to switch to another more expensive truck in that phone conversation but we declined. Upon arrival the wrong key was given for the wrong truck but she had closed up shop and left early while we were trying to find the correct one which delayed our departure. In the end she had to return to the shop to give us the correct key. Upon starting it we realized that there was less than 1/8 tank of gas left in the truck she rented out so we had to put over $90 in gas in before we could even proceed. The original receipt that was emailed to us had the incorrect beginning mileage on it (maybe for the truck she tried getting us to take or the incorrect one in which she gave the key for) In short we didn't start out with the gas where she said it was on the receipt and had to put over $90 in the tank before we could use it. In the end we even got done with it and returned it a day early but yet we were charged over $200 for this horrible experience. Seems pretty money hungry to not make allowances for their mistakes and very poor customer service!!

CODY AThe Uhaul sign was over a thrift shop that was closed down. Parking was some where else. Just a note on the door. Unclear and very confusing. There was no drop off paperwork which scared and confused me. There should have been an inspection of equipment to say it was returned unmanaged and in proper order. That’s scary!!! But the woman was an absolute delight once we got together. They need a better location!!!

Raymond DEquipment should always be checked for any damages from previous renters. Lucky for us,, we inspected your equipment for you. The vehicle trailer we rented had a nail in the tire and we did not realize this until we were 4 hours into our moving journey. We were not happy about the 1 delay with our two small children. The U-Haul had 2 tires low on air and 2 tires that were extremely low on air, as well as a loose tire stem on another tire. The U-haul was also not fully cleaned out inside the cab. There was a pile of empty can behind the seat as well as a used bandages!!! 🤮🤮🤢🤢 My family and I will not recommend U-Haul or use U-Haul for any future journeys we have.
