I was pretty disappointed in this location, but it worked out thanks to the Regional Manager. I went in and made the reservation in person. I told the gentleman I wanted to pick up on Sunday 8/30. He informed me they were closed on Sundays so I’d have to use the Lemay Ferry location unless I could pick up Saturday when they were open. I told him I could pick up Saturday morning, but it would have to be first thing because I worked at 11am. He said they opened at 8am. I arrived Saturday 8/29 at 8:30am and they were closed. Called both numbers for the business, no luck. Finally called U-Haul 800 number who connected me to the regional manager for St. Louis. Explained the situation to him and he changed my reservation to the next day and authorized me to pick it up while they were closed. He gave me the email to send the pics to and I was off. The location was very convenient for me, just disappointed in the communication. It won’t stop me from using them again, but next time I will be very specific in my questions.

MATTHEW HAgent helped remedy issue with faulty truck equipment.
William ADude just told me where to put trailer and then just stood there as i struggled to back it into the spot. I pull a trailer maybe once a year so I definitely am no good at backing up a trailer. Then no assistance at all in unhooking trailer. Was told it was a liability issue. If that’s the case no place not capable of unhooking a trailer should accept returns of a trailer.
Terry WWhen a customer make me a reservation 3 weeks in advance at a certain location have it there. My pick up and drop off location changed multiple times.
