Dude just told me where to put trailer and then just stood there as i struggled to back it into the spot. I pull a trailer maybe once a year so I definitely am no good at backing up a trailer. Then no assistance at all in unhooking trailer. Was told it was a liability issue. If that’s the case no place not capable of unhooking a trailer should accept returns of a trailer.
