Two tires blew off the trailer in less than one day , cost us. $250 for two new tires plus $100 for an overnight Motel stay in New Mexico - then U-Haul had the audacity to charge us an additional $20 for a day late fee The trailer was unsafe and dangerous , we filed an insurance claim and no one seems to even care or acknowledge it Would never ever rent from U-Haul again

Colette MThe yard was wide open, but no employees were there at 10:00 for me to get the trailer. Once on site (20 minutes late), the employee did not seem to know his job. I never received a print nor electronic certification that I had legally rented the trailer. Please provide some customer service training for this guy.
