Amy FThe location was closed, but allowed for self-service after-hours returns. The "helpful personnel" was a phone operator who explained the self-return process in more detail, etc.I
LINDA FExplain further about the drop off after hours and logging into account to return. Otherwise the guy in the office was so helpful and everything was smooth as can be!
