The location was closed, but allowed for self-service after-hours returns. The "helpful personnel" was a phone operator who explained the self-return process in more detail, etc.I

Explain further about the drop off after hours and logging into account to return. Otherwise the guy in the office was so helpful and everything was smooth as can be!

Colette MThe yard was wide open, but no employees were there at 10:00 for me to get the trailer. Once on site (20 minutes late), the employee did not seem to know his job. I never received a print nor electronic certification that I had legally rented the trailer. Please provide some customer service training for this guy.
