Customer service was better than anywhere else! The gentlemen who works at this location is knowledgeable and honest about how hard it is for the correct equipment to come to this area. He let us know ahead of time that we may have to travel to pick up what we needed. Luckily for us, he provided exceptional care and was able to get everything we needed 2 days earlier than we needed it. He is the best Uhaul employee I have ever encountered.

Staff was friendly and excellent in service, van was very clean. HOWEVER U-Haul CORPORATE did not flag/notify that the location had NO MOVING BLANKETS in inventory despite confirming my order for them. This was a big problem for us finding it out on pickup. This should be fixed.

The clerk tried to argue with me about the equipment that I was renting saying that it wasn't able to be used for what I needed it for even though it said on the website itself and I even showed him the screenshot and the website that the vehicle trailers can be used to haul bulky items that. Won't fit on a regular trailer. It took 5 people yelling at him before he finally let me pick up the equipment that I had rented. He needs to be fired.

Everything went great.. very quick and very easy... 1700 miles with zero problems... small trailer low clearance.... maybe some watch your head stickers lol on the door way

my trailer rental was a one way. there is a Uhaul drop off location (Sandy's) about a mile from my destination in Georgetown. Sandy's does not show up as an option at the Alpine Uhaul rental location.

Not a location problem, but the self-service app crashed during return when I was trying to add photos. When I restarted, it considered the case closed and wouldn't let me add. ANd this form is broken; it refuses to accept a "not applicable" on "wewre the personnel helpful? There wasn't anybody there.
