I rented a truck from this location and was helped promptly and treated nicely. I noticed glass and unswept conditions once I opened the back of the truck, I called and told them what happened and that I swept it out and took photos. I was given an apology and was advised to not fill up the gas before returning as they would fill it for me and was told that I would be issued a discount upon returning equipment. The discount was enough to cover just over the cost of my mileage, so essentially I did not have to pay for mileage or to fill the gas tank. Above and beyond my expectations!

Picked up the truck, as soon as i drove off i got 3 check engine lights. WHen i called back to the place the responded that it will be alright and that they had ordered parts for the truck. The thing that ticked me off is that they had 3 other trucks the same size sitting there but you choose to give me the bad 1.
