The original pickup location was changed with no communication, which caused our trip to be delayed. I'm only giving 5 stars because your partners, especially at Triangle Motors were exceptional and went over & above to rescue this fiasco. The agent at Triangle Motors is the only reason that I would consider Uhaul again.
