My only complaint is for how Uhaul handled my reservation. They changed my pick up and drop off location without asking me. I was thinking I made the mistake. I went to pick up at my initial location and the staff looked up the history of my reservation and did not find anything. Why did you NOT used my locations on my reservation? My new pickup location staff even asked about my drop off location. I told him my drop off location but he still changed to a different location.

Personal service was fabulous. Hours of operation were a factor for choosing this site. Return check in with phone was onerous for those of us that are not tech savvy. Thankful for the human factor from this dealer.
