The service was excellent, and the location was good. The only negative is the horrible smell inside the truck. It smells like a homeless person who never bathes. The smell was so bad that after I dropped the truck off and took a shower, I could still smell that horrible body odor from the truck until I scrubbed the inside of my nostrils with a little soap and water.

It has a smoke smell in the van but it was a good experience. The clerk was nice.

Marvin WThe location was fine, but the Uhaul app, website, and self-check-in/check-out process was a nightmare! It took me over a half hour to do each one. The app kept messing up, not connecting to my camera when it should, not loading the correct page, or not letting me go back to a previous step without completely starting over. I also don't understand why I had to provide the contact information of someone I know. I didn't get a heads-up about that during the booking process. Also, the truck was parked so far away from the lockbox that I kept having to walk back and forth between the two places to take all the pictures that were required (pictures I already took on my phone before opening the app, but was unable to upload into the app). I've used uhaul for years, but this process made me not ever want to go through this again.
