U-Haul app kept sending the message to me everyday including “pick up today” when it was due 5, 3, and 1 day later. And I have returned it yesterday and got another message saying it’s due to return today. Huh? Need to fix this!

wendy mHands down, the best rental experience in my lifetime (80 years)! I needed the use of a small van to pick up a somewhat larger item from an auction house. I was running another errand and happened to drive by Triangle Motors where I saw several U-Haul vans sitting in the parking lot. I pulled off and went in. The rental agent, Jimmy, was very helpful and I made the rental commitment on the spot.

DAVID EDon't give me the truck almost on empty, I filled it up and left it with enough gas for at least 100 more miles and during check out you guys tried to charge me for more gas instead of refunding me. I left it with 3 times more gas than you left it for me. Horrible scammy move. The pick up key box was in a weird place

Paul BThe physical location was good and people very nice. The uhaul app is perhaps the worst app I have ever used. The code verification didn't work, the numerous numbers were associated with the account?, it would not let me verify the license plate move into damage of the vehicle. Overall the experience with the app will make me go with other rental companies in the future.

George FAt first, I tried to rent a trailer. They said the lighting for my van, related to towing, wasn't working. I mentioned that I installed that tow on my van, which is only a year old. He refused to check whether the lighting on the trailer or mine was broken. He forced me to rent a small U-Haul. It cost more than I planned to use the trailer. I was just disappointed due to the barrier communicated since I'm a deaf customer. Would I rent a U-Haul from that place? probably not.
