Couldn't be any better. All three gentlemen I dealt with, from securing the reservation, picking up the trailer and dropping it off, were first rate. They were pleasant, efficient and very helpful. Drop off location that Uhaul informed me through email wasn't the correct one. Uhaul email me one drop off location but when I signed in my account to proceed with drop off process, was at a different location making us go to two different Uhauls stores due to incorrect Uhaul information.Bianca B.
follow the instructions. was set to pick up a 10 foot TRUCK remotely got a 9 foot VAN AND HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 10...but the employee was late getting to work. I was paying movers to WAIT. I called and ask to speak to a supervisor and was left in hold for an hour by the rude person that could not answer simple questions NEVER AGAINCarrie D.

Improve customer service. Do not take a reservation at one location and when the customer arrives, tell them that they have to go to a different location to pick up the truck. Stop renting old, potentially dangerous vehicles.robert W.

I schedule my pickup and my reservation was on Capital Boulevard my pickup wasn't until 6. I caught a ride down there I got to the counter to pick up my U-Haul they tell me I spoke to pick it up on Six Forks Road what did she had being told me should have picked it up bone six foot road before but nobody told me nothing that experience was terrible DIY I pick my pick up on now the place I picked it up oh Six Forks Road was excellent the guy behind the counter was excellent he stayed until I get there I can't say nothing else but excellent thank you again sirStacey S.

I didn't want the insurance but still had it added on to my bill. The price per mile is really high and got charged an extra day with the miles I used. If it wasn't the last resort I would've went elsewhere.HENRY S.

The system that UHaul uses is horrific. It takes forever to load a simple screen. 45 minutes for 2 customers to get the equipment they came to pick up? The location was fine, The gentleman who worked there was great, But the system that you use is horribly outdated and severely needs an upgrade.fred B.

First reservation at Northridge Auto Spa did not work...repeated error messages with app and website. Waited 40 minutes at 800 number before I got help. Told first reservation didn't process properly, although I had a conformation number. Was given a new reservation and location, which worked. Cost me 3 hours of waisted time.Charles H.

I would not recommend uhaul in general to a friend after my last experience. I have been renting from uhaul for over 20 years and never had an experience like I did with the last rental. The original location didnt have our truck and no one notified us of that before we got to the property. The loads also never apologized and seemed to be combative as though it was somehow our fault. She sent us to a location 15 minutes away (now 20 mins from our house). We had movers at our house and had to cover their fee while they sat in our driveway and wait another 1hour for that location to open. The truck we received had a melted Oreo on the dashboard and the back was filthy and we had to sweep it out to remove all the dirt before using it. Terrible experience and the $50 comp is insulting.Zachary W.
