I'm unhappy with the whole rental experience. I asked to pick-up at a certain location, and I wanted counter service. FOR A REASON. But I was called and told that I wouldn't be getting a truck at preferred location and my location changed. Tried calling the number given for new location. Call went right to voicemail for a DIFFERENT phone number. Also told I'd have to use the app. App DOESN'T WORK! Lots of broken links, errors, issues. Took almost an hour to get through the truck rental, app not working correctly. Had to call customer service to get a link to make the app work. Returned the truck, 3:30 pm, to same location, used app to return truck. 7pm I get a text saying that the truck is overdue by 3 hours. Showed the person the time stamp on the pictures taken. Doesn't surprise me that the app didn't work. I need to rent a truck 2-3 more times in the next few months. Let me tell you, I think I will look around at different companies. Or if I do rent from Uhaul... probably will go with a location that I haven't had so many problems at. ALSO! I absolutely refuse to use the worthless app again.
