Everything was perfect.

CHLOE TI made a reservation for a 26 foot truck for a one-way rental. I was called the night before and told me they didn’t have a vehicle for me. I was gonna have to switch to a round-trip rental on that truck so I had to pay for the round-trip. What are we gonna do?

manuel pThe man who helped me was very courteous and also very helpful! The Uhaul app actually failed on me upon arrival(Uhaul forgot to include the dolly) and he fixed the issue for me once this location opened. Uhaul frustrated me because when my app failed, I couldn’t proceed past that point without calling. I called the hotline and nobody ever answered.

RAUL MWhen I returned the vehicle at 8am. The office was locked and the representative was outside on the other side of the security gate. She stated that the office was locked because they were moving contents out of a storage that was blocking the path into the facility and to put our keys in the drop-box and they will check our vehicles in. They check my in at the end of the day and charged me for a 2nd day rental. This is unprofessional and fraudulent.
ARMAND WTruck came with a pad lock, employees didn’t know code, and had to cut lock off. Caused me to be close to two hours late on my move day.
NICO PI would like to request a refund for at least a portion of the price I paid. When I went to pick up the truck at 7:30 am - the place was closed so I had to do a mobile pick up. I never received the code so had to spend an hour on the phone to get help in order to pick up the truck. So this delayed my move by an hour. The truck was dirty in the inside - it had dirt and grass inside. So I had to clean the inside of the truck before I could move any of my items in the truck. There were suppose to be blankets provided and there were no blankets. Then, the steering was completely off. I had to hold the steering wheel sideways for it to drive straight. My drive was for around 10 hours - so holding the steering wheel turned sideways for that many hours caused extreme pain. This truck should have been inspected before even offering it to anyone to use. I have photo proof of the dirt and steering that I can send in. Plus, I paid for Sunday - Wednesday. I returned the truck on Monday. I did not receive a refund for the two extra days I did not receive. I was charged the full amount! I need to speak with someone asap to receive a discount for this terrible experience and vehicle that you provided.
Joshua BI setup an early pickup - earlier than the business was opened. I received a confirmation from the location 4d prior that i can “use the app”. I arrived on time, followed the HORRIBLE APP EXPERIENCE/INSTRUCTIONS (that took 20min), and when I finally got into the lockbox on-location - NO KEYS! I had to call the Emergency Location Contact, and they actually helped. I was told they RARELY HELP UHAUL customers. Overall: • Horrible UHAUL APP experience • Horrible affiliate experience (bc they didnt provide keys) • Had to contact emergency number
Matthew CApp was not working so it was inconvenient for me to go inside and talk to the receptionist at the storage spaces. Took me about 45 minutes to an hour for this process so it was frustrating. I’ll try another spot next time.

NATHANIEL PYour staff was extremely helpful. I had inadvertently left my dolly in the truck I rented. The staff collected it and kept it safe for me until I could come and pick it up. I would definitely recommend UHaul.

ROSEVELT WYour dealer location station at the gas station 2741 south town ave is the worst. I had moved a couple of days ago and went in a day before to rent a one way U-Haul. Gas attendant was very helpful but the next morning it was a complete nightmare. Attendant as well as manager were so rude, and somehow try to just tell me it wasn’t a big deal that they were going to send me about 25-30 mins away to get the U-Haul I was supposed to just pick up from them. Manager was completely disrespectful and was not helpful at all- I figured since here primary duty maybe was to attend the the gas station. U-Haul dealer called customer service as they weren’t helpful either. I ended up calling to ensure I was going to find a U-Haul in Rancho Cucamonga and the customer service representative was condescending and trying to imply the trip wasn’t a big deal because she was from the area. What was supposed to be only Less than 15-20 mins tops ended up taking Almost 2.5 hours. Never again will I go to a dealer that doesn’t understand basic customer service!
Fidel GLower the mileage cost back to $1 a mile OR LESS. And have trucks fueled up, every truck i rent is 1/4 full or less. Newer trucks are better on fuel than 2017 or older.
