Had it set up for pickup of truck and tv box at same location since the box is very big and doesnt fit in my car, one of the reasons i rented a truck. Last minute they changed my truck pickup to 15 minutes away from where i booked it and kept the tv box at the original location. Told me that i have to go pick it up. Getting the truck, the app would not load any of the pictures it required to take the truck. Then i got charged for the extra miles used to drive to pick up the box that i paid uhaul for. Awful experience

Not all of the dollys I reserved were in truck. I had to call and pick up from a different location.
KRISTIE BI think I was charged too much. I ordered a dolly and they did not provide it. I had to rent one from Home Depot which was very expensive. Yes they gave me a small discount but it was not enough.
