Had it set up for pickup of truck and tv box at same location since the box is very big and doesnt fit in my car, one of the reasons i rented a truck. Last minute they changed my truck pickup to 15 minutes away from where i booked it and kept the tv box at the original location. Told me that i have to go pick it up. Getting the truck, the app would not load any of the pictures it required to take the truck. Then i got charged for the extra miles used to drive to pick up the box that i paid uhaul for. Awful experience

Not all of the dollys I reserved were in truck. I had to call and pick up from a different location.
KRISTIE BI think I was charged too much. I ordered a dolly and they did not provide it. I had to rent one from Home Depot which was very expensive. Yes they gave me a small discount but it was not enough.
Jack Ltreated like royalty at this location. wish they would have more trucks at this location.
YECHIEL PMake sure windows are up, and tank is full on returns. When I picked up tank was below 1/4 and seats were wet.
