ASHTON CThis is not the address where I was told to initially drop off the truck. I am not even sure why Walnut St. is an option as this is NOT a dropoff location.
Erin JTrailer had holes 8-10 drilled in the floor in a pattern, as though some previous customer drilled them to mount an object to secure it. When I complained to the woman working there who came out to photo the hitch setup, she asked if I wanted to change it out. It was 95F out and at this location you have to drive up around the block to pickup equipment. I had already done that and was running late. I told her, "no, I just want it to be right when I pick it up" Her world class answer: "That's on uhaul, we are just a dealer". To which I said you take them in and inspect them, why don't you report this? Her answer, "well you can too online". Sorry lady, not my job. I put duct tape over the holes, and a piece of plywood down to keep my belongings 'above sea level' as it was supposed to rain the whole way to florida that day. I get to florida, unloaded, and turned in the trailer. I showed the kid who helped me park it the holes. My wife went inside to turn it in, and told the lady about the holes. Here response: Well she (the Troy AL lady) didn't make any notes, and you didn't get the insurance so....." Needless to say, my wife tore into her after that.. But that is what you have work a work ethic in the troy operation.
donald oService staff made rental processing easy . Original rental agreement was completed online. Returning rental was fast and easy. I recommend using UhAul of Troy located on Pecan Street.

TRACY DThe customer service is awful very rude and unprofessional! They are not operating well at all it’s useless to make a reservation for a truck as they don’t honor it and rent it out and make you purchase a larger vehicle at a higher price. I will not use this location ever again. I will drive to another city
JOEL LI dropped the trailer off. Attendant made a copy of my paperwork and said they would get it checked in. 4 day later I get a call from corporate about where the trailer was. I explained where it was and what they told me. I actually dropped it off 2 day early. It took them 6 days to get it checked in and issue my receipt. I received 4 calls from asking me about where the trailer was. I called and corporate called the Troy AL location. They told me they had been busy and would get it straightened out that was 3 days ago . Talked to corporate today twice and they finally got it done. I feel this is unprofessional and very poor customer service.

Augustus KThe trailer had some trash/rope from previous use (not much), but my big concern was the alignment of the wheels. There was a lot of vibration and some noise when first starting out but it would calm down some once tires were warm. One of the tires was worn much more than the others, more on the outside of the tire than the inside. This vibrating/rough ride contributed to more shifting of contents than expected and I knew gas mileage would be effected with the pulling of a trailer but it was a lot worse than expected and I feel the alignment contributed to this also. Definitely need to get this trailer checked out!
BRAD BEverything was a smooth process and transition both at pick up and drop off. We participated in the destination assist with help us with a little extra room. I think that is a great program. I would definitely us u-haul again.

DAVID GI reserved using the U-Haul app and I should not have. The counter was so busy at the office, I tried to use the online customer support and they couldn’t help.
Trellys RThey were super busy as any college town is at the beginning of a school year. They actually met me as I was pulling in and were prompt with emailing us a delivery verification.
TERRY NI was upset I was charged for wrong location. The U-Haul attendant in Alabama told me that I can drop it off at the nearest location. I dropped it off at the nearest location and I was charged 127.00. I should have been told that up front. This is not a good way to do business.

Tracy FI've rented UHaul equipment at other locations whitch were more spacious, better organized yards and several staffers to assist. This is a limited, smaller location whose main business is self-storage rental. The Uhaul service is adequate for the location most likely and the attendant friendly.
Augustus KWhile it didn't happen to me, while I was turning in the rental equipment, there was a gentlemen next to me picking up a car-hauler trailer. That trailer had a very low tire (air pressure) and another that was completely flat. Due to it being the weekend, there was no one on-site to assist him so I aired up the tires using my compressor. Perhaps a little more thorough check of the equipment on a daily basis would help, although staffing is limited.
