This was the single worst truck I've ever rented from UHaul. There were engine problems There were braking problems. The ride was horrible. When I called for help from the UHaul general line to get a replacement truck or anything, I was told that she couldn't do anything and that I should get roadside assistance to help. I waited on hold for almost forty minutes with no response. What a horrid experience.

Again my location was inconveniently moved so “truck would be conveniently located for the next familyâ€. When I asked about my convenience and going out of my way to return the truck I was told I would get additional mileage but I never did.

I used the app to pick the truck. It was very redundant with information already provided in the app at reservation. I expected to just show up and get the truck. But spent 15 minutes just completing information.

The agent who assisted me was GREAT. He was personable and helpful, including lifting the trailer onto my hitch. My feedback is for the safety of your workers and your customers. I got a 12x6 cargo trailer. Your location closed at 12:30pm on Saturday so there was nobody there to assist me to unhook the trailer when I returned it and the trailer is too heavy for one person to lift off the ball hitch. Most trailers have a crank jack to assist, but none of the cargo units on your lot have one. I wouldn't be surprised if your staff ends up with a hernia. They are way too heavy for anybody to lift without assistance.
