The office was closed at 11am when I arrived. Apparently the worker was sick and had the keys to the office. Fortunately the manager Mike, super nice guy, took care of business with me out in the rain under a porch overhang on a nearby building. Really great catch. Rear view mirror on the right side wouldn’t stay in place - it seemed the wind pushed it out of place that I had to lean forward to see behind me on the right side. I tried adjusting it several times and it kept moving back.
