i loved the chair i was able to sit in while I was checking out my truck. I had problems on the mobile app and phone side of the rental. My phone doesn't always announce text messages so I missed the license plate check message at pickup. I tried using the uhaul app to check the truck back in and gave up because I couldn't understand its operation or it was too slow.
Robert RIt was all good. I like how the U-Haul app has maturated. My trailer had some minor damage that needed to be documented. I love the fact I could challenge the condition and upload pictures right from my phone.

TERRY CWe rented an auto transport to pick up a classic car. The strap on one side of the transport was cut and my son in law had to use his own strap to secure the car's drivers side tire. It was a Sunday and we traveled to a small town in Kentucky so it is a good thing we had our own back up. We dropped the transport off to the Troy IL location the same day so the office was closed so we were unable to tell anyone. Other than that, all was good. Car made it to Illinois in one piece.
