Both locations were great, however; I had an issue with uploading pictures in the U-Haul app. It wouldn't allow me to continue, so I had to retake the pictures with another phone. I'm sure glad that my son was there with his phone.Todd H.

I reported that the transmission was very slow to shift. At one point while driving at approx 55 mph, i hit a bump in the road and it actually downshifted momentarily. Suggest transmission be checked. overall GREAT PLACE and great staff.ORVILLE M.

There was a bit of cat hair in the cab from previous renter. There was previous damage to the drivers key slot, puncture in passengers seat and scuffs on the rail on the drivers side in front of the back tires. I took photos.John W.

Transport trailer's lights would not work - period! Had to unload vehicle off transport trailer and leave vehicle behind .... also, was told by agent that any drop off place in the area relocating to would be OK even tho I told agent that the location he had typed on contract was not a valid drop off point - agent said any u-haul business in the area would be able to take delivery of unit (truck). No one was at the site even though I was there before closing at 5pm. Dropped the key in t he box and tried to do all the app instructions but it would not verify location. Evidently everything was fine, never got a thanks until this survey.Scott S.
The truck was hard to keep on the road. It felt like front end needed work. The wiper blade on the drivers side has been bad so long that it has scrapes in the windshield and squeals loud across the windshield when turned on. Truck vibrates when driving on highway fuel gauge didn't read accurately. Told the lady when I turned the truck in it should be pulled from the road and looked at.RALPH P.
I ordered a u haul for 830 am -230pm. I was confirmed for 830 am-230pm. the location didn't open until 9 am. then when it did open the 26 foot truck was not even there at the location. I was offered a 20 foot truck which I took but only because I had people at my house waiting to move me. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience of time wasted nor not getting the truck I ordered. Online pickup process needs to be improved. Uhaul moved my location so had to pick up using online process. Location I booked month earlier had 7 am opening. Was not told that I would need two contacts for a 7 am pickup. Having to wake up two people to get access after doing all of the steps and completing reservation a month prior seems unnecessary. Shortly after leaving the U-Haul location and while driving down the highway, the weatherstrip trim along the driver's side of the windshield cam loose and began flapping against the driver's door window. I had to pull off at the next exit and purchase a roll of duct tape to secure it back in place, since it could not be secured without use of tools. I called the U-haul location to report the incident, and no one answered even though it was not yet the posted closing time. It appeared to me that this trim/weatherstrip piece had come loose before and been inadequately put back in place without being properly secured since liquid sealant was present in the joint, which was pulled out with the strip and flung over the driver's door. This is really shoddy maintenance, at best.James T.
Excellent experience! Owner/operator was super friendly, precise, informative, and totally happy to walk out to the equipment and hook up the car hauler. I did not even ask. Several other locations around here just tell you where the trailer is, i.e. do-it-yourself. Impressive outfit. From now on, I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to this location versus the three closest onesâ€”and they're good, just not *this* good. Since I'm on here, I would like to give a shout out to U-Haul as well! Good, safe, and well-maintained equipment at affordable rates with excellent service. I am also totally impressed by your telephone recognition system that is shared among all dealers. Keep it up guys!Geert P.
