Really slow and awful check-in experience...the person helping me was not rude in any way. Just super soft spoken, so was hard to hear, regularly was distracted listening and watching colleagues work on other tasks as she was checking me in. In the end, showed me on my receipt the trailer number then pointed in a direction and said you will find it somewhere over there. Went outside and found a grass filed with the trailer in a location inaccessible for my vehicle - pulled it out, by myself and found it would need to be brought into the city street to have any chance of it being picked up. Ridiculous and dangerous. Ended up with the trailer stuck in the gutter/curb area of the street. Went inside and asked for help, which I got, but feel totally duped by U-Haul for sending me to a location like this to pick up a trailer. It is so hit and miss being referred to independent places that renting Uhaul equipment is not their core business. This experience was terrible.

Pickup was fine and everything here went great, but after here is where everything changed.
MASON BCompletely disappointed with this U-Haul experience. Made reservation for a drop off in NETexas. Rep made it a local return back to where I picked it up. Owner stated to call 1-800 and have them fix it. new rep called and fixed it. Employee that helped hook it up stated he didn’t know how so I had to do it. Trailer was perfect and drop off was very uneventful.

Kimber GNever got up from their desk, had to find the truck myself. Small lot not too hard. Idler pulley or belt squealed constantly - rear box had a leak above the cab, drove thru rain and many of my boxes got wet. Destroyed boxes and several picture frames damaged.
