Completely disappointed with this U-Haul experience. Made reservation for a drop off in NETexas. Rep made it a local return back to where I picked it up. Owner stated to call 1-800 and have them fix it. new rep called and fixed it. Employee that helped hook it up stated he didn’t know how so I had to do it. Trailer was perfect and drop off was very uneventful.

Kimber GNever got up from their desk, had to find the truck myself. Small lot not too hard. Idler pulley or belt squealed constantly - rear box had a leak above the cab, drove thru rain and many of my boxes got wet. Destroyed boxes and several picture frames damaged.
