Wasn't sure what to do right at first. But there was a guy out there working he came over and talked to me and told me what I needed to do so it was easy he was really easy to deal with he just explained what to do and I took care of it

Steven dYou have advertised the local rental of small trailers for $19.99. Evidently you have increased your price. The one and only thing you could do is to lower the price back to $19.99. This trailer of yours is a lovely trailer. I would love to buy one like this, if you ever dispose of any!
Jamie SU-Haul pick-up location personnel was friendly and helpful. Though I was reluctant to add another app to my phone, the U-Haul app was helpful and easy to use. One complaint I had was that I had to clean up some kind of oil residue on the trailer floor prior to loading it up. I would recommend McPherson, KS True Value U-Haul for equipment rental.

Brook BPop rivets were missing that held on the turnsignal bracket. 5 were missing one pop rivet was all that held the turn signal on the fender. The tire net ratchets were almost inoperable. Had never seen any form of lubrication.

TODD PRepresentative was not clear about the 100.00 deposit until I noticed I was charged for it. Also still haven't received it in my account after returning the truck. This is NOT because of my bank. I verified the bank is waiting on Uhaul to complete the transaction. This is illegal and a clear UDAAP violation of CFPB and reportable to the FTC. Please make clear why deposits are not made available just as quickly as you were paid. If this is deception for profit, it is illegal.
