Store condition and products seemed old (yellowed plastic, musty smell). VERY kind manager/worker (one-man shop?).

The physical building made us question if we were in correct location for pick up. Weedy parking lot, worn building. Once inside our Customer service is top notch, 5 stars! Very friendly, gave excellent detailed service. Took a great amount of time to explain everything! Hooked up trailer and made sure our lights and hitch worked. Made sure we knew what to do it any problem. Kevin was great!
