I asked the young gentleman, who was accompanied by an older man where can I park my car.? He said in the front of the store. When I returned another man closed me out. Once everything was finalized. He said â€œplease please please don't ever park in my driveway again. I said I asked the gentleman before I parked. He proceeded to tell me why etc. it was just rude. Extremely helpful. There was a problem with my car wiring so I would be unable to take the trailer. They immediately got an auto mechanic to come and fix the wiring. Within the hour I was on my way. The bad. I had to drive an hour to pick up the trailer. (and an hour back home) I made a reservation for in town a week ahead of pick up. I receied a call two days before my reservation telling me they wouldn't let me take the local trailer one way so I had to go get one out of town.Mark M.

Fill your tires before you give them to customers. I was given a truck which had low pressure on both right rear tires, and the customer should only have to concern themsves with gas and driving safely.Bryce N.
the worst , it is a gas station mini mart , , no place to park , a agent came out asked me to move trailer to a certain spot i did , i had to unhook myself they disapeared, as i was leaving , he was yelling at me that it was not the exact spot he wanted , i left had to go to work, was wearing a suite , i would never use that place again or reccomend,, very poor service and personel,, i rent from uhaul several times a year , im thinking now about buying my own trailer,, the lot person was even yelling at other employees ,DAVID O.

Not happy with my experience. The pressure on one of the tires was low on the Van I was given, it was at 33 very low, (they where actually all low on air) when i drove away I noticed the sensor was on. It clearly said TIRE LOW and the dash indicated which tire it was so I drove BACK and told the owner, he said the censor was wrong and it was not working, there is noting wrong with the tire. the censor Lied!! why would you even rent a van with the censor broken! He screamed at the guy who owned a mechanic shop next to his business, " put some air in this tire". the Tire looked low and like it had been hit on a curb. It a has a small slit on the side, but the mechanic guy told me it would be fine after he put air to the requested PSI on the tire, the light never turned off cause all the other tires where also low. The UHaul man left me standing there cause he had a phone call, didn't even bother to come out and check. I will not be using this location again. And you should really have your vans cleaned and serviced before you rent them, risking a accident is no joke.NORMA N.

They finally found me a truck 12 miles further. I told them that would cost me $25.00 more. They told me take it or leave it! I'm never going to use U-Haul ever again. They over charged me. I told them the milage I required and still charged me an additional 40 miles and I asked for insurance $14 and only gave me the $30 option. I wanted the truck for 24hrs. He only gave me 5hr. And told me he would charge me late fee and other charges if I didn't have it back in time. Overall the worst uhaul experience ever and I rent trucks and trailers often. Never going to this location again. I still have not been refunded the difference!Jesse M.

I was called by this location after I did the mobile drop off. When I answered the representative proceeded to YELL at me for putting the keys in the drop box stating â€œthat's only for after hoursâ€ then repeating back to asking me where I put them and cycling back again. After this happened two or three times he hung up the phone with a scoff. I was livid. I then pull safari back up to verify I hadn't miss read the explicit instructions. I had not. I then took a screenshot of the page where it gave instructions to place the keys in the Dropbox in bold and underlined letters. The location was small and nearly impossible to get into being between a gas station and tire shop.KATHLEEN L.
