The location was good. But the app would not let me upload photos. A chat help person was able to get it done w me, but delayed the timing by about 30 min and we were on the clock! The self serve aspect was nice, except for the app issue.

Not found of dropping of a vehicle with no one there to confirm the drop off. The time stamp was incorrect and I was charged an additional day. It did get adjusted, but would have been better to have someone there to confirm drop off.
