The location was good. But the app would not let me upload photos. A chat help person was able to get it done w me, but delayed the timing by about 30 min and we were on the clock! The self serve aspect was nice, except for the app issue.

Kenneth MNot found of dropping of a vehicle with no one there to confirm the drop off. The time stamp was incorrect and I was charged an additional day. It did get adjusted, but would have been better to have someone there to confirm drop off.
