This was not a great experience at all. I didn't get to actually rent the truck when I wanted to, so I had to pay for another day that I didn't need and when I went to drop it off at the contracted time, no one was at the shop and the sign said they wouldn't be open for 2 more days. THEN, I had to be interrupted at work to fuss with downloading an app I know nothing about security-wise to be able to return the truck at the scheduled time on the scheduled date. After all of that I had to take pictures of everything and upload it to the app just so to complete the process instead of getting charged for another 2 days. All in all a pretty bad experience.

Ordered moving blankets but none were in te truck. Had to go all the way to Joplin for blankets. Should have just went to Joplin to begin with.
Jeanie NWent there and picked up Uhaul truck and the inside of the truck was dirty and very sticky, like someone spilled a coke in it. Before I could bring it from there to here, when I got back to my hotel I had to go clean the inside.
Alice BDue to having to use online check-in it was a horrible experience. It took over 2 1/2 hours of being on the phone to get it checked out. The gal on the phone was phenomenal help and would not of got it figured out with our her.
William AYou guys need to communicate with each other because I had many people from U-Haul call me about my truck when I had already been ok by somebody then threaten me to call the cops because they didn't agree with the person who okay my rental!
