Just give them a heads up if you won’t be on site at the time of a reservation. Not everyone is able to hook up a trailer on their own and could have been an issue.

Victoria GUhaul customer service is horrible. You switched my pick up location, the truck on on Empty, you have to go through so many steps to pick up and drop off vehicle. Not very user friendly and I tend to think I’m pretty techy.
