JOSHUA L.This has been the worse experience I've ever had with uhaul. I would recommend PENSKE to anyone that is in need to do some moving. Not only did the truck overheat and had to sit for an extra day, when I went to return it, they were having internal issues. The trucks are poorly serviced, the website states .59-.99 per mile that is a lie, they charge 1.99 per mile, the manager that called from 856-577-8344 told me that he was the only person to speak with and refused to give me his superior. He failed to hear concerns and clearly didn't look at the notes from 8 calls I previously made, jumped to his own conclusion. What was supposed to be an $85 trip, turned into $381. This is a terrible company to rent from. Save your money and your time. I will never rent from this company again.
