Good location. The parking was not clear
Jerry CMy paperwork did not mention a specific time of the day to have it dropped off. The clerk did not inform me about dropping it off by a specific time either and because of this, I was charged an extra day. Will not do business with U-Haul again

Cinetrea GIt was nice that moving blankets were provided. However, some of the moving blankets had grass in them when I unfolded. Minor inconvenience, but you asked.
JOSEPH CI was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Turnkey folks were very helpful and quick.
Brady HThe staff was wonderful but this location did not allow for the trucks to be looked at. Mine had a loose Cat converter and cause loss of power, an extremely loud exhaust and loss of time on the trip because I was broke down and needed to have the truck fixed.
JOHNATHAN JTruck was dirty inside the cab. Sticky substance on floor, dash, and seats. We spent several minutes getting the truck usable. This was after we were assured the trucks are cleaned between uses.
Nadia WNothing against the location they did a fantastic job. The rest of this company is a joke. Called in a reservation at the dealer just to get it cancelled twice.

Chuong HSmile. She acted bored to death like she couldn't stand her job. Also, she never even got up from her seat. She barely made eye contact. She pointed to a stack of furniture pads off to the side and said just grab one of those. When I went to the truck, it was filthy, front and back. The cab had multiple food spills and it looked as though someone dipped and just spit in the floor. There wasn't even a clean spot to set my phone down. I didn't even want to sit in it. I drove the truck to the main store and they did a quick cleaning for me.
Deborah CTruck dont actually have parking spots, gotta drive em over a curb. The lady put my dolly in as a local rental for a one way trip. So I got charged lots of money cuz uhaul thought I didnt return it. It caused me financial issues whie moving. Then had my drop off location wrong.
Danielle GWhere I made the order to get the truck it was not there we had to go somewhere else. Then that place didn't have the equipment we ordered and the lady didn't refund the difference.

Robert AYou need to have an area large enough and clearly marked for returning trucks. I had to circle the block several times and then finally squeezed my truck between another truck and a pickup and was barely off the street.
Jan LInconvenient location. There was one right down the street from our destination but we had to go 10 miles out of the way which ended up costing more money
robert dGreat experience at this location. The 1st location I tried for drop off located on Kell Ave was not. The employees were too busy to acknowledge me and abrupt when suggesting I would get faster service at another location for drop off. The second location (Turn Key) was by far the most courteous for the drop off. I was pleasantly surprised at how gracious the staff is and how fast they took back the truck and I was on my way. Quickly.
Teena TJust to hurry and finish the construction ! So it's easier to park and so you can have more trucks! I'm sure you're on that though! Everything else was great! Very nice and professional employee
