Disappointed in the scheduled drop off location as upon arrival the place was out of business and by the looks of things for quite some time. Turn Key was great and saved the day as I was on a short time line.

Jerry CMy paperwork did not mention a specific time of the day to have it dropped off. The clerk did not inform me about dropping it off by a specific time either and because of this, I was charged an extra day. Will not do business with U-Haul again
