The email I received when I initially reserved my rental stated I would be picking up my truck at Silverback Services. When I got there, I tried going into the U-Haul app and following the link sent to my in my email so I could access the info needed to pick up my truck. Lo and behold, the reservation now showed I was picking up at another location, and there was zero links anywhere for me to "pick up my rental." After driving to the other location, I called U-Haul support, who told me the link I needed to follow was entirely different from what I had in my email. Furthermore, when i did log in and follow that link, I was told I would need counter service to complete my check-in. Thankfully the office was open, and the gentleman who assisted me couldn't be nicer. Overall, I'm very upset over the whole check-in process, as nothing I received via email indicated the proper way of checking in. But this is no slight whatsoever against Twin Locus Barns, only U-Haul and the check-in process.Michael C.

The only problem with the location was it was switched by U Haul 2 days before the rental date. This was about 15 miles further away. Frank at the Dallastown location was awesome. I just wish U Haul would make mileage adjustment for having to travel further.Wayne H.
