The 12 blankets I ordered were dirty, wet , and smelled. The U-Haul facility that I was supposed to pick up this truck at gives you clean blankets in a sealed plastic bag. I was told that the truck I reserved a week prior was not available when I received a call from Sierra from your Baltimore area call center who by the way is in DEFINITE need of customer service skills training or removal. There was all kinds of laughing and giggling noise in the background when she called. You should not have this individual interacting with repeat customers because I am definitely turned off about U-Haul after 2 recent good experiences. The truck was dirty inside. It ran rough and had a miss when going uphill. The front end shook and the right front wheel was definitely rusted and someone painted over the rust. It felt like one of the tires was defective or out of round when up to speed on the highway. The guy at twin rivers told me he was giving me the best truck he had on the lot. I’d hate to see what the worst one was like. I am of the opinion that you need to give me some type of refund for being given poorly operating equipment and the disgusting moving blankets I was given To add insult to injury I had to drive past the U-Haul facility in Odenton going to and from Twin Rivers Auto and there were clearly 15’ trucks in their lot. This was to say the least infuriating especially since the change in location added a total of 1 hour of travel time to and from.

DANITA AIt seems that the intention was to claim more fuel in the tank than actual. I suggest that anyone renting from this location check the mileage and fuel guage before driving off.

John MLocation is an auto mechanic shop and very crowded and not well-maintained. It’s old and filthy. Was charged an $8 safe tow package fee that I’ve never heard of nor agreed to pay. I rent from Uhaul at least twice a week and never get the insurance on these trailers. Even called and left a message that I did not wish to authorize the extra add-on. I was still charged so I called customer service to dispute and still nothing has happened. I will not be going back.

edward bOnline return system is horrible. My return was at 8AM I got to facility at 7:30 and didn’t leave until 8:03 trying to get uhauls app to respond and move on to the next phase. Even after 8AM no one from Twin Rivers auto was available to help. If you are going to request the vehicle back at a certain time there at least needs to be staff to help properly check out with all the app issues and connectivity issues places.

Anthony AThe gas tank was not full and there was an engine warning light on when I picked up the truck. I was told after having to ask about it that it was just a catalytic converter and they have one on order. They guy thought the tank was full and told me just to bring it back full, but when I checked it had just over a half a tank. Since they said the truck would be fine, I still took it. Not happy with not having been told in advance about the engine warning light, and also feel like I was being tricked into filling the gas tank when I returned even though it was only half full.
