I was never notified that the trailer I was scheduled to rent had a strap that was broken and the locale U-Haul office notified the main office of the problem. I was informed that the nearest trailer I could get was 45 miles from my home. I drove approximately two hours round trip to rent a trailer that I had originally scheduled to pick up ten minutes from my house. It completely messed my entire trip up. I'm not a happy camper.

Gene SI was charged for 4 gallons of gas. I have pictures of the gauge from the minute i picked it up and the minute i dropped it off. the gauge is in the same spot. I have reached out to U haul several times and have had no response back. I will contest the charges. My company has a corporate account with enterprise trucks. I'll use them from now on.
