From the very beginning of my experience with the Fairfield CA on Texas St location I was treated with excellent customer service. Robert, who assisted in the rental process at the Fairfield CA site was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the entire process and even assisted with other information. His customer service was top rated. The pick up at the Rapid City SD location was quick and we were on our way in no time. Drop off at the Canon City site was also quick and at all time above board in customer service. I will definately recommend uhaul over moving companies any day as the price and ease of rental were superb.
Mary Greally bad experience wromg trailer for car should have been auto transport they knew the type of car and this traier as not designed for car had tp figure out how to secure car on trailer used uhaul beforee but this was a nightmare

Cory PThe hook on the cable that activates the hydraulic brake system on your 6 x 12 trailer is too small to attach to a normal receiver hitch. I had to improvise an attachment point to make it work... please check it out. Thanks.
Larry HI was treated with respect during the sign up process, and Fred helped me hook up the trailer and be on my way. Samantha (in the Uhaul headquarters) stayed late to help me with paperwork so that I could switch to a larger trailer, and was extremely helpful during this process.

GLENN BFrank was fantastic in helping me through every part of the process of renting a trailer for a day. He even put my hitch on my receiver for me. He was friendly and capable in everything. He even met me the next morning when I dropped the trailer off with him. Great customer service!!!!! I will definitely rent from Frank again when I need to rent a trailer or a truck.
