You should have the trucks rented/returned at a full tank instead of at a quarter tank. It feels like you're trying to get people to give you gas â€” it's really difficult to return a truck at a level as low as a quarter tank because you can't run it below zero. Your customers need to put gas in right away and they don't know yet how much they will drive or what their mileage will be, so they basically need to choose between te possibility of overfilling (and giving you gas) or stopping to add fuel more times than they need to, which is a hassle. Having a $30 surcharge for returning it at anything below at a quarter of a tank when I got the truck at a quarter of a tank seemed especially upsetting â€” so if I don't return it EXACTLY at the same level, I either pay for the extra gas that I'm donating to you, or I pay $30 plus $6.80/gal penalty. Either way, I pay extra. Harsh. If it's rented and returned at a full tank, all I need to worry about is filling it up just before I return it. No fuss, no muss. With that policy, I'm not upset about a $30 surcharge because it's a simple easy expectation.Elson B.

I was notified 2 hours before my move that my truck was not available. Which meant I had fo drive an hour away to pick another truck, then and hour back to load it. It ruined the entire process for me. Also the rep that dealt with my issue was extremely condescending and unprofessional. Reserved my U-Haul at least a week beforehand. Got notice the day before pickup that my reservation was switched to a different location that was "24/7" and was asked to call a number and confirm. Called the number immediately after and did not get an answer. Never got a call back. Arrived at new location and was unable to access reservation because I got notification then that was no longer 24/7. Finally was able to access my reservation (it was 24/7 even though I was notified that it was not) and there were two sets of keys in the lock box. Snow/ice was also not removed from lot and it was extremely difficult and dangerous to walk/drive.Gina P.

Nothing to do with the location but as a first time online user the process I didn't feel was well outlined. When I picked up the vehicle I was told just drop the key in box when done. When I called customer service to ask about questions they told me I had to mobile check in. I was told I could drive back to the location to do this so I don't get charged. I drove back only to find out obviously I can't do this without the key. It wasn't the greatest experience I feel like you need an app or something that is more intuitive and creates a smoother experience.ANDREW I.

I confirmed for a different location and had to come here. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for the website to work and approve me and it tried to say my alternate contact for approval was the same as me which it was not. The location is great and we have used it multiple times because of the service. I own an event company and timing is crucial for weddings. I was not happy with the truck I received. The passenger door wouldn't close, the back door was extremely hard to close, the gears of the truck wouldn't shift and we had a hard fine getting it in reverse. It was a dangerous truck and should be maintained. In the last two months I have rented a Uhaul multiple times. I'm not happy with this last time and would like a discount or refund for the vehicle.PATRICIA G.
