Customer service would be needs much improvement. When a truck is not available at a particular location do not advertise that there is availability. MOST IMPORTANTLY MAKE SURE THE LIGHTS ARE WORKING WHEN YOU RENT A TRUCK TO SOMEONE DRIVING TWO STATES AWAY. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I ALMOST CRASHED AND DIED DUE TO THE POOR QUALITY OF THE TRUCK THAT I SPENT $600 FOR!

I rented a 12 ft trailer. It did not have a jack to help get the trailer on and off the hitch.

I will not recommend Uhaul yo anyone ever. The staff at this location was great though.

The power outlets DID NOT WORK when I brought it to the attention of the Mgr all he did was shurrged his shoulders and said OH WELL , we are lucky to even have a truck ....wow maybe Ryder would have been a better choice for us....thanks

Attendant had trouble with the computer system even though I had done everything necessary previously on-line. She also had trouble getting the system to take my credit card info. I don't know if she was less than knowledgeable about the systems and process or if the systems are inferior in some way. But I worried that I would not get my dolly because of it. Thankfully, she figured things out.
