The process to obtain the ignition key was not clearly communicated. Using the UHaul app, I got stuck trying to enable tracking of my position for travel purposes. I figured out how to get past that step and obtain the key.
David BThis place was difficult to find. It is a climate controlled storage facility, and it was closed. Only a key drop box. Plus, this place is in a rural area, bad wifi &/or data connection. Also, the lady that answered the phone at the Uhaul # I called stated she thought this location was not part of the Uhaul system, but there were 2 other Uhaul trucks parked here. How about go back to pick up & drop off only at a Uhaul store. Not these secondary businesses. Plus, after I did everything I was required when dropping off the truck, 2 days later I get a text asking about the location of the truck & it was "stolen". So, at 09:00 PM I drove back to the drop off location & see the truck I had rented & returned, parked in the same spot I had left it. I again took photos of the truck & where it was parked. Horrible experience. I doubt I will use Uhaul again.
Mark HUnload for me lol! Great service I was able to sort thru my belongings as I unloaded to be able to discard and donate items I didn't need to store as I unloaded. Great personal service will definitely recommend this location
