I ran into trouble driving cross country by myself. I got into a small hiccup and had to close out all my credit cards and issue a new one, I injured my ankle and this facility (Murfreesboro, TN) tried to tell me to go and pick up my container and try to hitch it when I told them I didn't have a car that could haul the container. This u-haul facility was not customer service friendly. Instead, when I finally paid it and set up delivery, they tried to set up the delivery 2 weeks in advance right when my storage for the u-haul box container was due. They were not accommodating at all and seemed to be angry that I got a hiccup. I have always had good experience with u-haul for 10 years. This is the first time my experience was horrible.
