My complaint is for Uhaul in general. For the 12' x 6' tandem trailer, there is no tongue jack which forces the customer to lift the tongue without mechanical support. And you have to pull trailer around everywhere once loaded. I won't rent again for this reason since it's intentional!

I have always been happy with our experiences from this location. Pick up was smooth and professional. I was a bit disappointed with our return experience. Everything was smooth and went as expected, however, when I was asked to return our trailer to the spot I picked it up from the U-Haul employee didn't even meet me there to help guide or unhook the trailer. I am thankful that I had someone with me that was able to help guide me, so I would not hit the trailer hitch of the trailer already in that row, and also help me maneuver the trailer by hand. This is the first time that has ever happened to me, but next time I will make sure and ask an employee to meet me to help.

The transmission felt really bad. It struggled to shift, often pushing above 3000 rpm to shift (even while babying it), struggling to get out of the bottom couple of gears.

The staff member was not helpful. I returned a trailer. I am not experienced with trailers. I was told to drop off the trailer in a specific spot. I needed to back up into the spot that I dropped it off at. If anyone is unaware, an inexperienced person backing up a trailer is difficult. It took multiple tries to get trailer in its spot. After that I had to unhook the trailer on my own with zero assistance. As I was driving away is when the staff member began to walk over to tge trailer that I placed and unhooked without assistance. Absolute poor service!

The representative at the pick-up location was very pleasant and professional. However, the older gentleman at the drop-off location was quite rude and aggressive. We only had the U-Haul for two hours and traveled 11 miles.

The Owner, Steve, seems to always be there, very professional and direct (which I like). I need a U-Haul, Steve takes care of you with no BS. Thank you for the years of renting U-Hauls from this location - sent two kids to college, moved them into apartments and homes after college, and now moving our daughter to another location in the Columbus area. Got a U-Haul from Steve, no issues, clean truck, easy drop off (after hours), and fair price. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you!

Easiest experience ever with UHAUL. Not only was the 9’ can brand new, but we used the app to reserve it and in-site team was super helpful during pickup and return. Overall pleasant experience and exceptional value for our 24 hour rental. Will definitely use again and recommend.

The location was not the problem, the truck rented was!!! It barely started when we turned the key for the first time and each time after. The truck also smelled strongly of WEED! The day we went to leave for the trip it took 4 separate tries to start. We were 30 minutes after departure time because of it. Also it was given to us with less the an 1/4 tank. Ridiculous that at pickup it had to be taken and filled up immediately. An overall awful experience.

2nd 20 ft truck rental for interstate move. The online pickup process is a bit tedious, but you get familiar with it the more you use it. Better equipment than competitors IMHO…

Took about 10 minutes from the time I walked in until I was walking out with a trailer, and maybe five minutes when I returned to have my receipt in hand and pulling out of the parking lot. Towed my ultra glide excellent.

The only thing that could have been better was knowing there was no elevator, as my stuff was way too heavy to get up the stairs. I had a 300 lb smoker and heavy exercise equipment. I was able to move to a ground floor, however, I would have liked that option online to pick my unit. It would have saved a lot more time and hassle.

I am 100% leaving because of the price hikes. I got a letter that said the price was going up again. I know for a fact, this is the second time, but it may be the third time. I found a unit at a different location twice the size for cheaper than my 5x10 that also allows you to drive up to the unit. I don’t have any complaints other than the price. A complete average experience and everything you’d expect from a storage unit.

Thank you for allowing me to store some of my mother's and father's things at your Beechmont location. It was only supposed to be a temporary storage situation but it became a three year storage facility. My main concern was that UHaul kept raising the rates and it became extremely unaffordable. Once I received the last notice (letter) stating that the monthly fee was increasing to $177.82 a month, my mother begged me to get her things moved out. Thank your for providing a well lit and safe facility.

I have never had such a positive experience with a moving company. While I cannot speak for the rest of the locations, the one on Beechmont Avenue in Anderson Township went above and beyond to help facilitate what I needed. Tom was fantastic. The facility was clean and secure. I would definitely recommend this location if you are considering using U Haul for storage or trailers. 100% satisfied.

Major problem with no elevator to the second floor for loading / unloading. Potential customers should be informed of that before selecting a unit.

Hallways need more frequent sweeping, too many cobwebs and spiders. I stepped on the same piece of string often. There was a rat poison box in my unit, however, the mice did get into my storage bag dry goods,flour pasta oatmeal, and had a feast. It would be more convenient to enter with only ONE card swipe Hallway for the 150s sensor light is very slow. As a woman, I walked in the dark hallway too long. Thank you

The doors often did not work or worked without needing a pass card...letting anyone in. We received two free mos for two trucks we rented. The 2nd month we were told only a very small unit was available. We rented large trucks and were supposed to receive comparable size storage. There actually was more than one large unit available. It was at that point we decided to discontinue any storage there. Very disappointing.

We had a unit here for at least a couple years. It was clean and climate controlled. We never had any problems. Steve showed me how to obtain access at least three times because I simply forgot after months had passed without accessing it. Every time, he was courteous and professional. My experience with all the staff at this location has been excellent.

I would so recommend this particular UHaul because it was everything that I could ask for in a storage unit. For the last five months I had to use one of the climate controlled spaces in between moves. When I closed out the space and unpacked my things, it was as though I had stored them in my home. Perfect, no mold or smell! Steve and the staff were courteous and helpful.
