DAVID CVan was there when I arrived and U-Haul employees were friendly. The van was very clean I returned it in the same condition as I got it. No problems with this rental at all.
CHARLES ROur on site representative was extremely courteous, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He should be considered for mid-upper level leadership positions.
MICHAEL BGot there after hours, couldn't find the unit because they are not numbered. Customer service was useless and couldn't pull up the facility map. They also couldn't get ahold of the general manager of the facility to help me. Ended up not even able to unload my U-haul because no one could find the unit.

JOAN BAlthough this location was fine. They helped us get what we had ordered at another location. It took 4 different locations to get the original equipment we requested. This delayed our moving by 2 hours. Also I would NOT recommend using the 2 companies I used for loading and unloading. At loading end they did not pack track properly and wasted space. I had to leave behind some furniture because of it. The ones at our destination were awful. Just dumped our stuff into the home in the wrong rooms, even though everything was color coded and labeled. Would not follow instructions. Had agreed to assemble bed and table. Refused to do that.

Dwight GI returned my rental yesterday morning, 9:30 am a day early. My total was $79.80 and I was charged for a whole 2 day rental. $136.80 was taken out of my bank account. Need a refund of $57.00
