The staff was very diligent and professional. Although they were busy when I picked up my equipment, they were very friendly. This was my first visit to this location, and I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism.

Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing regarding a recent rental experience that was less than satisfactory and to request appropriate compensation as was discussed at pickup. When we arrived to collect the vehicle, we were informed by the clerk that we would receive a mileage credit due to the inconvenience of having to pick up the vehicle at a different location than originally planned, which required us to drive a longer distance. However, we have not yet seen this credit reflected and would like confirmation that this will be issued. Additionally, we were disappointed to find the vehicle had less than 1/8 tank of fuel upon pickup. This forced us to stop and fill the tank before even beginning our move, which was both inconvenient and unexpected. We returned the truck with significantly more fuel than we received it with, and should be reimbursed for the extra fuel we had to purchase. We would appreciate a timely resolution and appropriate compensation for these issues. Please let us know what information you need from our end to process this request. Though working by herself she has obtained to get everybody on the road with the UHaul vehicle with the assistance of Ms. Amber. Ms. Amber works the outside Ms. Marcella works the inside. I would say both of them needs a raise because they care for each and every customer and that is a rear thing to find in customer service.

I almost got scam by charging me extra miles that was used by the another client who used the same truck I used and they also try to charge me 15 dollars in gas when I had put the same amount when I returned pure scamm

Gregory JI had an awful experience with this U-Haul location, primarily due to Marcella and her staff. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. First, the truck I had reserved wasn’t ready when I needed it, and I was told to wait while it was cleaned. That alone was a huge inconvenience, especially since I was on a tight schedule. When I finally got the truck, there were no instructions given on how to use it. I had to ask multiple times for assistance, and each time I was made to feel like a nuisance rather than a customer needing help. Marcella in particular was unhelpful and unprofessional. The site falsely advertised parking on-site, then I was forced to drive around for parking in the neighborhood when I tried to leave. She made me return the truck immediately and even threatened to rekey it and charge me extra when I explained I’d be back in an hour. There was zero accountability for the confusion or the additional miles I had to put on the truck due to her demands. To top it all off, the truck smelled strongly of smoke, and I was told all the staff smoked. This made the entire experience even more unpleasant. Between the lack of preparation, poor customer service, and the awful condition of the truck, I will not be returning to this location. I would highly recommend avoiding it if you can.

The storage units there are the back halves of older 10ft trucks placed side by side. Being kept outside I should have been able to have 24 access. I am sure the manager tried her best but this location was the location for extra trucks. There is no customer parking available yet they managed to fill every inch with a truck. First few times I had to request to have a truck removed from infront of my storage unit. After that, they avoided parking one infront of my unit. I made it a point to have everyting out within my 30 days. I refused to pay close to $200.00 a month with the service and inconvenience I was put thru. My leaving seemed to have made everyone happy including myself. Again, I am sure the manager did her best. The individual that opened my account was the worst. She showed no signs of wanting to help me. But had no issues helping others that came in after me. I wanted to F******** scream. The guys at this location seemed much more accomidating, friendlier, and very helpful I wish I had gotten names. Not that it matters I hope to never have to go back there again.
